Smederevo Autumn Festival
With its long-standing tradition, the Smederevo Autumn Festival (8-11 September) is one of the oldest tourist and trade events in Serbia. The origins of this event can be traced to specialized trade fairs of fruit, grape and wine, which took place in the late 19th century, and which made the Smederevo region renowned for its fruit and wine trade.
The festival program took place on two locations: in the Small town of the Smederevo Fortress and on the town’s Main Square.
The main music and performance spectacles took place on the Main Square, with headliners “Amadeus bend“, ”Miligram” and “Double Trouble” while rock music fans could enjoy the performances of bands ”Algoia” and ”Nicim izazvan”. The choral music segment was enriched by the performances of the youth choir ”The voices” from Fibreno (Italy) and the Women’s town choir ”Kir Stefan Srbin” from Smederevo. Also, the performance of the folklore ensamble ”Bozidar Dimitrijevic-Kozica” from Drmno was featured in the traditional dance segment of the event.
Skymusic Production team was entrusted with the entire technical production of the music and entertainment segment of the spectacle on the Main Square.
