New Year’s Eve 2018

In a series of events that marked the celebration of the upcoming year, some of the finest concert programs in the country particularly stood out – such as the performances of the “Orthodox Celts” and “Ničim izazvan”, held on December 29th at the Sava Promenade, as a form of promotion of the new city walkway. The actual holiday was reserved, as is the tradition, for the performances in front of the National Assembly of Serbia on December 30th the audience was entertained by “Van Gogh”, Željko Samardžić and “Zana”, and entered 2018 with “Riblja čorba”, Aca Lukas and “Balkanika”.

In Niš, in the Kralja Milana Square, several thousand people welcomed the New Year with the performance of the bands Van Gogh and Big Band of Dejan Petrović.

Over 20 000 people celebrated New Year at the main square in Budva, enjoying the performance of the legendary ex-YU band Bijelo dugme. The program of the celebration of the arriving 2018 took place at the Starogradski Square, from Friday, December 29th,until Monday, January the 1st. Performances of the famous bands such as Bijelo dugme, Bajaga i Instruktori, Queen Symphony – Real Tribute, S.A.R.S, Hladno pivo and Dubioza kolektiv took place at the 300 m2 stage, with a set-up of over 200 m2 of LED screens.
