Latino king, Enrique Iglesias, impressed a Belgrade audience.
Spanish pop star Enrique Iglesias performed his greatest hits before the Belgrade audience for the second time in his career.
The great concert of Enrique Iglesias in Belgrade was organized by the Belgrade Arena and Sky Music, as a part of his ”Sex & Love” world tour.
The concert started at 21:15 with planetary hit ”I’m Freak” before a crowded Arena. This was followed by well-known songs, such as “I like how it feels”,“Then” “Heartbeat”, and the audience in the Belgrade Arena did not hide the delight for being able to hear the king of Latino pop again.
The fans were absolutely thrilled when Enrique went back to the very beginning of his career and sang his first big hit by which most of the audience of all ages remembers him.
Iglesias addressed the audience in English, saying “Serbia, thank you very much” and sang the song ‘Bailamos’.
Enrique also addressed the audience in the Serbian language: “Dobro veče, kako ste?” he said causing even greater standing ovations in the overcrowded Arena. Well-known for his direct contact with the audience at his concerts, Enrique came down among the people at the forefront but also brought a fan on stage, which is an essential part of his performances.
Since this concert had two stages, one of the most memorable moments for the audience was when he suddenly appeared on the other, smaller stage in the middle of the Arena and sang along with the audience his the famous ballad ‘Hero’.
This was followed by another block of dance songs such as: “Tonight I’m loving you”, “Escape”, “Be with you”, “Taking back my love” and “Bailando”.
