Fantastic British singer who sang and danced all along with his hits fascinated the Belgrade audience!
The first night of the festival “Belgrade calling” Newman held a magnificent concert before thousands of people at Tasmajdan stadium in Belgrade. As soon as the British singer and his band stepped onto the scene, they immediately received a standing ovation by a large audience.
With his superior voice, full of rhythm and life, Newman came to the scene around 22:30. Excellent and authentic, John immediately made a great atmosphere. Contemporary Elvis made one of the best parties in the recent concert history of Belgrade.
John opened a concert with his big hit “All My Heart”, and they all sang and danced together.
– Good evening. You look awesome – John addressed the fans, and then continued with the song “Give Me Your Love”.
The hits followed one after another: “Lights Down”, “Tiring Game”, “Out Of My Head”, “Cheating”, “I’m Not Your Man,” and when he sang “Blame”, everyone started singing and screaming with joy.
These were followed by “Come and Get It”, “Losing Sleep”, “Not Giving In”, after which John and his band thanked the audience and left the scene.
But that was not all. After a short break, John Newman returned to the stage and unfolded a Serbian flag, and was rewarded with the applause from the audience.
