Simply Red delighted the audience on Taš!

On the closing night of the “Belgrade calling” festival, British pop group “Simply Red” held a concert at Tašmajdan stadium.

The guys from England did not even waste 15 academic minutes but came on stage at 22:05 and started with a hit from the 1980s – “Look at you now.”

Mick carried on singing a hit after hit, and then addressed the audience:

– Good evening, Belgrade. Thank you all for coming – Hucknall said, and reminded the audience that “Simply Red” is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

After they had sang “For Your Babies”, the audience fell into a trance when Mick sang the song “Holding Back the Years” and played the guitar.

During the concert, the Group made a group selfie with a full Taš stadium in the background.

All together, they sang the hits such as “It’s Only Love”, “Stars”, “Fairground”, “Sunrise” and others. After that “Simply Red” withdrew from the scene, but only for a short time.

The audience screamed with excitement and Hucknall sang the song “Money’s To Tight” and “Ain’t That a Lot of Love.”

The audience sang ballads and slow hits “For your babies” and “Holding back the years”.

After an hour and a half, the concert was finished after the second encore by evergreen hits of the redheaded singer and the guys from the band: “Something got me started,” and “I If you don’t know me by now.”

Before the concert, the audience was entertained by the group Jinx and singer Natali Dizdar.

Sky Solutions was in charge of the entire technical production of the Simply Red concert.
