60th anniversary of RTS
Six decades of the Radio – Television of Serbia was celebrated by a gala concert at Tašmajdan Stadium, with performances of the RTS Symphony Orchestra and the choir, Big Band, Kolibri and the RTS Children’s Choir, along with the famous soloists and conductors. It was the first time that 190 musicians perform all together at the same time on stage, while the first song was performed by 230 musicians, which is the unique record of the nowadays production standards.
Skymusic have built the impressive 22x18m stage in order to provide enough space for all the musicians, along with the sound and lightning effects. Due to the particular request of the renown RTS director Veselin Grozdanić, Skymusic have installed the transparent roof tile so the beautiful scenery could be photographed from above. The roof tile of this kind was made for the first time in Serbia and the Eastern European region, and Skymusic have once again justified its reputation of the regional leader in the production of large-scale events.
