Amira Medunjanin – Sava Center 2015
Amira Medunjanin held a concert in crowded Sava Centre which was the one to remember and also prepared a colorful spectrum to her fans which was more then emotional and lasted more than two and a half hours.
Journey music tradition of the region began in the piece “Elena, kerko”, then continued to be stacked tracks from Macedonia. Also essential is, of course, were the sevdalinke, then songs from Serbia, Croatian, and a standing ovation lined up after each song. Particularly strong applause ensued when the singer on stage was joined by Bora Dugić and together they performed unforgetabe “Zajdi, zajdi”.
This was followed by, quickly, and dedication Kemal Monteno through beautiful version of his classic “Moja draga” and the entire Sava Centar has turned into one voice and when Amira sang “Moj dilbere” and the encore “Kafu mi draga ispeci”, “Loše vino”, “Što te nema“…
Magnificant experience was completed by instrumentalists – Bojan Zulfikarpašić piano, guitarist Ante Gelo and Boško Jović, Nenad Vasilić for bass, as well as tandem musicians from Turkey.
Sky Solutions was responsible for the entire technical production for the concert of the Balkans Billie Holiday that has met again with the Belgrade audience after only one year but, obviously, last year’s concert has left so strong impression on visitors that they couldn wait to see her again.
