Milenko Škarić
CEO & Founder
Milenko Škarić is the founder and the owner of Skymusic Corporation. The music has been his greatest passion ever since his early youth. During the 90s he put aside his guitar and piano and got engaged in music production. He did a number of arrangements for the performers in the region. He opened his first music studio “Skymusic” in 1994, and during that period he gathered the most eminent contributors in the field of funk, pop and dance music. With his determination and persistence, he created Skymusic Corporation: from a showroom of music equipment to the leading rental company in Southeast Europe.
He was born in Belgrade, and has always been a rocker. He studied at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade and successfully applied the figures in the music industry. He is still playing the piano and his hobby is graphic design which simply fascinates him.

Nenad Radić
Managing Director
He has been in music industry for twenty years i.e. from the very beginning of Skymusic, when the whole company was managed by two young enthusiasts with a desire to be the best.
He manages ARD, Skymusic and Skymusic Centre.
He is a passionate golfer with a 300 handicap.

Viktor Trifu – Kiki
Managing Director
One of the most important lighting designers in the region. He was born in Novi Sad and has always carried its essence with him, even when he moved to Belgrade because of work and family.
It was by chance when on Budva festival in 1994 he started handling stage lighting. His present skills are the result of 15 years of work experience in Studio Berar, the projects implemented by various productions, as well as the years of study at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad.
He has worked on more than 1,000 projects in the country and abroad. He has worked with the biggest Balkan and world music names, managing the lighting for most important concerts, festivals and tours in the region – Zdravko Čolic, Vlado Georgiev, Sergej Ćetković, Riblja Čorba, Van Gogh, Bajaga i instruktori, Toše Proeski, Severina, Slobodan Trkulja, Željko Joksimovic, Stereo MC, Lenny Kravitz, Motorhead, Simply red, Exit … He is also well known as a lighting designer for theater – Punk opera “Dom za vešanje” by Emir Kusturica, Karmina Burana, Tvrđava Teatar u Smederevu, Hazarski rečnik by Tomaž Pandur, Sterijino pozorje 2002 – 2010, movies and TV shows (Ja imam talenat, X factor, Grand show, kviz Miloner, Najslabija karika) as well as numerous corporate, political and sports events. He designed the lighting for projects of national importance (Pavilion of the Republic of Serbia at the World Expo in Shanghai in 2010 and in Milan in 2015 – he was the technical director of the pavilion).
He continued to build personal and professional expression and expend the work experience by continuing the studies at the Department of Dramatic Arts in Novi Sad, as a PhD candidate at the Department of AV media. Presently, he holds the position of Assistant Professor and teaches Scene Design, Lighting Design for film and electronic camera, Fundamentals of Lighting Design and The Art of Light Writing.
Since 2012 he has been the member of the Sky Corporation in the field of lighting and production.
He is not interested in football, basketball, and water polo, but knows everything about car racing.
For 5 years he has been successfully performing the most important job: Dora’s Dad.

Milan Cvetinović
Sales Director
He started his professional music career when he was a teenager renting sound systems for home and underground parties in Belgrade and working as a DJ. In his student’s days he worked as a member of technical stuff in different clubs and cultural institutions in Belgrade. He has been working in Skymusic Corporation for 12 years. He started at the department for sales and support in the lighting sector, but in the years to come he passed all business segments in the corporation: from Salesman, Head of Department and Director of Retail Sales to the Sales Director responsible for the overall sales in Serbia with Skymusic Corporation and ARD .

Marija Nastasijević
Director / Skymedia Group
Born in Belgrade, graduated from elementary and high school in Inđija.
She returned to Belgrade to study in 2000 and began her first employment as a Deputy Editor-in-Chief at TV Kosava during her final year of studies, in 2006. This was her entry to the media world, in which she remains to this day.
She transferred to Adrenalin/McCann Group in 2007, where she stayed until 2013, performing duties in the Programming Sector and, since 2008, in the Marketing Sector.
From 2013 to 2015, she worked as a sponsorship and marketing director at the licenced TV format “X Factor”.
She has been employed at Skymusic Corporation since 2016.

Miroslav Cakić
Wholesale Manager
Having grown up in the blocks in Novi Beograd, he is one of those „proud indigenous residents“ of the capital. Curious to know more about music, as a kid he learned to play the piano, guitar, bass guitar, double bass…
By chance, during his studies, he got a job at Mitros Music at the invitation of a friend. Although he intended to stay only for a few months, he stayed for seven years. Climbing through the ranks from warehouse keeper, salesman, to director of sales, he learned the tricks of the trade there and fell in love with this job.
He started his cooperation with Skymusic in 2015, when he opened his company Music Box. Ever since, the two have been achieving new objectives together. With major support from the Sky Group, he opened a store in his beloved Novi Beograd, Skymusic Store.

Ksenija Morić-Tripić
Director / Skymusic Corporation
Belgradian, born on 17 August 1980.
She graduated from Gymnasium and completed the first two years of Law School. At the time, she was already employed and she realized law was not her calling. She later got her bachelor’s degree in Management in Services. She danced the ballet for 11 years and remained a recreational athlete for a long time. She began her professional career in 2000 in the company 063 Mobtel Srbija.
She continued building her professional experience through N&N Commerce, VIP Mobile, TeleDirekt and Tehnomanija.
She has almost 18 years of experience in direct and active sales, negotiations, acquisitions, mentorship, PR and over 10 years of experience in training, team leading, organisation of operations and work processes. Care for the company, agility in business, striving to continually add to her knowledge and to pass on experience, new ideas and energy to her colleagues, are some of her primary missions.
She has been a member of our management team since 2018.

Novak Pantović Panta
Production manager
Born in Sjenica on March 1, 1967, he has been constantly engaged in rental business since 1989. For 21 he has been successfully leading Megaton and Skymusic rental companies. Here are some of the numerous projects he took part in: Beovizija Festival, BudvaFestival, Exit Festival, Belgrade Beer Fest, concerts of Zdravko Čolic, Robbie Williams at Ušće in Belgrade, as well as the concerts of Svetlana Ražnatović and Aca Lukas at the Red Star Stadium Belgrade.

Vlade Paunović Paun
Production Manager
Born in 1976 in Alkmaar, Holland, he has many years of experience in installing trusses, stages and stage equipment, scenography, video and LED screens.
He actively participates in the design and installation of trusses, rigging points, video production, transportation of equipment and employees.
From season to seasonhe improves his skills on festivals: Exit, See Dance, Ultra, Beer Fest, Lake fest, Jelen tour, Sonica, Sunčane skale, Devetetc.

Radomir Papović
Project manager
A long-term resident of renowned DJ clubs and discos in the region entered the unique world of festival and music event organization by joining the crew of the one and only EXIT festival in 2005.
Over the years, he worked on numerous projects at home and abroad. He participated in initiating and leading large and small projects as well as on developing the electronic music market in our country and in the region.
As a Production Manager, he participated in the production and realization of some of the greatest music events, performances of global stars such as Amy Winahouse, Iron Maiden, Moby, Faithelss, Green Day, Chemical Brothers, Billy Idol, Whitesnake, Ozzy Ozborn, Faith No More, David Guetta, The Prodigy. But also, major festivals like EXIT Festival, Sea Dance Festival, Belgrade Calling, Ohrid Calling, Refresh Festival …
In the last couple of years, he has expanded his field outside of production and started branching out to Project Organization and realization of projects and events, taking them from a concept stage, through project design, team assembly, then leading the team until final realization.

Darko Flego

In the last 15 years or so, he lead the production of EXIT Main Stage and the entire festival, produced Belgrade Calling series, performances of Madonna, RHCP, Robbie Williams, Depeche Mode, The Chemical Brothers, Gibonni, Zdravko Čolić, Svetlana Ražnatović Ceca, festival Warriors Dance, numerous concerts at the Belgrade Arena, major new-year’s eve concerts, through production of conferences and festivals such as Share, Resonate, Cinema City, to leading corporate projects for Converse, NIS, JTI, BIG shopping centre, Comtrade.
Abroad, he produced festivals such as Spirit of Burgas in Bulgaria, Revolution in Romania, Sea Dance in Montenegro, GEM in Georgia as well as conferences Share (Lebanon) and Republic (Croatia), REHESACO (Romania).
What he strives for is a complete development of a production concept – 360 degrees – which means a comprehensive service in production and realisation.
He watches and supports Liverpool FC, Ronnie O’Sullivan, McLaren.
He tries to find as much time as possible for Viktor and Robert and owes his eternal gratitude to Jana for her understanding and support.

He started his career in 1999, in Radio Pancevo.
Since 2005, employed as assistant/sound technician in the Kamarad Studio of Goran Bregovic
From 2006 to 2009, employed as a sound engineer at the performances of Goran Bregovic in the country and abroad.
From 2009 to 2016 employed in the Production Company Emotion on projects Operacija Trijumf (Operation Triumph), Veliki Brat (Big Brother), Tvoje lice zvuči poznato (Your Face Sounds Familiar) etc.
In the same period, he worked for different rental companies as a monitoring engineer and system designer. Among the better-known performers are Sting, Andrea Bocelli, Roxette and others.
Today, in addition to being employed as a system designer in Skymusic, he also works as a producer for the performances of the Boban Marković Orchestra, at home and abroad.

Miško Karadžoski
Skymusic Makedonija / Production manager
A long-time associate and recently part of the team Sky Corporation.
Born in 1975 in Skopje. He studied Civil Engineering.
He started his career in the music business in 1998. So far, he worked as a promoter’s representative and production manager on some of the biggest concerts in the Balkans, with international music stars such as Iron Maiden, Lenny Kravitz, Amy Winehouse, Bob Dylan, Green Day, Morrissey, The Prodigy, Enrique Iglesias, David Guetta, Ozzy Osbourne, Jessie J, Moby, One Republic, Faithless, Billy Idol … and with the biggest music stars from the former Yugoslavia – Zdravko Colic, Djordje Balasevic, Gibonni, Severina, Bajaga, Prljavo Kazaliste .. . and his favorite project so far in his career – a tour called “30th Anniwersar tour” the largest and most significant Macedonian musical group LEB I SOL where he worked as a tour and production manager.
In addition to his work in the concerts organizazion he was also part of the executive productions to over 40 music albums of the biggest Macedonian stars – Leb i Sol, Tose Proeski, Karolina Goceva, Area …
He says he is the best chef he knows, something that have confirmed all those who have tasted his culinary magic.

Ivan Ferdić
Stage & Production manager
Born in 1983 in Belgrade.
He set out on his path in the concert industry quite by chance, as a stagehand at Metallica’s concert in Belgrade. His long held hobby of regularly visiting concerts he replaced with a role behind the stage, first as a stagehand, then as an audio technician and finally as a stage manager and member of production teams at the majority of large concerts and festivals in the country and the region.
Among the projects, his favourites are Exit Festival, Warriors Dance and Belgrade Beer Fest.
In his free time, he likes to watch sports and is a great supporter of football club Arsenal.

Nikola Marković
Production Manager
He was born in 1989 in a family of Kolubara miners. He entered the world of music during his high school days, fostering love towards alternative rock music.
He gradually transferred his knowledge of music to the concert lighting.
In 2012, he started working for the Sky Solutions as a lighting designer. His work and dedication brought him to the position of Prodaction Mananger in light sector, which he still occupies.
His greatest business successes are related to the Exit festival, Beer Fest, Love Fest, as well as to numerous TV shows (Pinkove Zvezde, Pinkove Zvezdice, Društvena mreža, Više od igre). He is especially proud of his work on the concert of Tropico band in Belgrade Arena in 2016.
He is still playing guitar and bass guitar, creating his own works.

Vladimir Burić
Sound Engineer
Born in Belgrade on 7th July 1978.
From 2003 is engaged as sound mixer and recording engineer. In the beginning at clubs and concert venues : Dom omladine, SKC, club Akademija, and since 2005 starts to work with famous names of local rock scene which include: “Električni orgazam”, “Rambo Amadeus”, “Kanda, Kodža i Nebojša”, “Darkwood Dub” and many others .
Since 2008 is a F.O.H engineer at EXIT fest explosive stage, and in correlation with several rental companies acquires experience in production of various events, from corporate and concert through television shows .
Cooperation with Skymusic starts on 2011, where he enrolled as manager of audio sector and achieved success in producing large venue concerts with popular names of local and international music like: Aca Lukas, Lepa Brena, Jennifer Lopez, Zdravko Čolić and many others .
In the meantime becomes a specialist for design and optimization of large public address systems and acts as one of the primary designers for audio systems, as well as a guest lecturer on engineering university and SAE institute in Belgrade.
One of longterm relations is working on large festivals ,he has 8 years of experience on EXIT festival and five as a head of audio at Main stage, other festivals include:Lake fest, festival Dev9t, Sea star, Sea dance, Jelen tour, Provetravanje, Supernatural etc…
The list of names he worked with is rather huge , but we’ll name a few like: Motorhead, The Prodigy, Grace Jones, Enrique Iglesias, Whitesnake, Luis Fonsi, Tricky, Faithless, Nile Rodgers and Chic, David Guetta.

Dimitrije Žugić
Architect
Born on June 26, 1992 in Belgrade. He spent his childhood in the Novi Beograd Blocks. Interest in architecture has been showing since childhood by playing and constructing various objects with Lego. In elementary school, he shows his interest in technical education, while drawing geometric bodies.
He has a cheerful spirit, always ready for jokes and relaxation. Enjoy in society, conversation and outings.
He finished the 10th Belgrade Gymnasium, then enrolled at the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade in 2011. After basic, he enrolls Master Study, which also ends within the average of 9.29.
He worked for a year in a design company for professional kitchen, until one day he received a real and true invitation to work at the Sky Corporation. In Sky he works on the design and appearance of the stage for various events, fairground stands, interior design and 3D modeling.
From the early days, a great fan of the Red Star, whose games continue to be regular, as well as the big fan of AS Roma.

Marko Malešević
Light & Set Designer
Born in Bor in 1980, where he finished elementary and high school.
In 1999, he moved to Novi Sad where he started studying at the Faculty of Technical Sciences.
During his studies, in 2002, he became a member of the Studio Berar crew where he passed through all positions from lighting technicians, system engineers, to operator, programmer and light designer.
In the meantime, he graduated and became Master of Environmental engineering and Safety at Work.
As a light designer he collaborated with the biggest music performers in the country and abroad and he participated in the preparation and realization of numerous music concerts, festivals, corporate, sports and other events.
Since February 2018, he has been employed in Skymusic as a lighting designer and he continues his professional development.
He’s married and Teodora’s and Dušan’s dad.

Vladimir Stanišić
Production Manager
Born on 6.6.1987. in Belgrade, where he still lives. He worked at Comtrade as a desktop and laptop service provider from 2009. to 2012. After that he completes the Link Group IT Academy, the direction of computer network administrator, server administrator for windows server 2012, and graphic design. At the position, the system administrator and graphic designer worked at Repro Market, which is engaged in importing Hamma items, Kingston and Samsung memory modules as well as photographic equipment. After that, on May 1.2016. he comes to Skymusic as a technician in the sector of ”Small rental”. After 8 months, he became the manager of the sector and in that position he still and has a high percentage of success in the realization of the production of the festival, fashion shows and various corporate events.

Sound & FoH & Monitoring engineer
Born in ’70-ties, town Split, proud Dalmatian, cosmopolitan with Petar Pan syndrome, eternal optimist and lifelong catslover with his Novi Sad address. He began his socializing with music at an early age acting through various rock bands and gained the recognition and widest popularity in the region as a lead singer of the famous rock band Osmi Putnik.
As a composer, songwriter, arranger, singer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, stage manager and sound/FoH/monitoring engineer Clea is leading a successful career for 24 years and there are almost no significant festival, performer or band with whom he did not cooperate in his respected career so far.
He also participated in the realization of numerous sports, corporate, television and other public events, numerous great concert performances by foreign performers such as Guns’ n Roses, Iron Maiden, Lenny Kravitz, Whitesnake, Robert Plant, Deep Purple, Judas Priest and a festival like EXIT Festival, Belgrade Beerfest Festival, Sea Dance Festival, Sea Star Festival, Love Fest, Arsenal Fest, Lake Fest, Ohrid Calling Festival, Rock Village Festival, Omis Guitar Fest, ST @ RT Festival, etc …
A tireless fighter for animal rights and environmentalist he recorded and publishes his second solo album entitled “L.U.N.A.”, abbreviation that stands for “Love and understanding for nature and animals”. A passionate lover of all kinds of art he puts emphasis on music, film and comics.
Working in rental business since 1996., he worked with many companies in the region and finally join the ranks of Skymusic team in May 2017.
When his working obligations to the Skymusic allows, he proudly performs the duty of the producer and sound engineer for the Novi Sad’s, technically overvalued, metal folk attraction named Pero Defformero.

Bojan Vasić
Business programs & Development Manager
Creative and innovative professional in the area of production and event management, with wide range of skills and ten years of experience in this business. By working for the largest rental companies, he has gained significant experience and has perfected skills in the field of management of production of big events and people and processes management. Software and program development with the purpose of improving and optimizing business, business development and innovation technologies are areas of his particular interest.
Part of Skymusic Corporation since 2014, and currently in charge of business programs & development.
A big fan of sports on two wheels without engine, playing bass, listening to jazz, and a full time job in which he enjoys most is to be a dad.

Slobodan Kostić
Production Manager
For almost third of his 29 years he has been working in various companies in all of the areas and parts of the stage (audio, video). Now he uses that experience to teach and manage his crew to coordinate them with other production and stage managers.
Officialy, he has been with Skymusic from March this year, but has already proved his organizational skills in lots of his own projects. He is a problem solver and situation handler.
Originaly from Kragujevac, says he lives in Belgrade, but new projects are always taking him everywhere in the area.

Nemanja Palalic
Light designer
Born on September 21st 1993, in Mrkonjic Grad, city in Bosnia and Hercegovina, where he also graduated from elementary school and high school.
In high school days becomes a member of City Theater Mrkonjic Grad. As city theater light designer he takes part in many theater shows and also competes in many theater festivals, where the love for this career is born.
In the year of 2012 he gets accepted in Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Serbia, as a light designer. During the studies becomes a member of Skymusic team of entertainment. After graduating bachelor degree with highest honors, continues with masters studies, where he also graduated with highest honors and becomes Master Drama and Audiovisual artist.
As light designer finds his call in world of live concert and TV Shows, he has also worked with some of the local and world superstars. His skills where of high essence for organization of many live concerts, live and prerecorded TV shows, festivals, theater plays, sport and corporate events.

Mile Pavlović
Back Office Logistic
He started off as an enthusiast in rental industry which, at the time, was still not as developed as today. As a member of Production company Studio Berar from Novi Sad, Serbia, he had his first professional engagement in 1999 in the position of the team leader of truss and rigging sector.
After new technologies and LED screens were introduced he directed his professional interests towards industrial and technological development of video production for complex music events and similar happenings. From LOW RESOLUTION through FULL HD to Sky Solutions there have been numerous ventures which enabled him to acquire more professional experience.
Significant events such as concerts of most famous A-listers, as well as his country greatest music stars such as Maroon 5 in Romania, Zdravko Čolić on Marakana Stadium in Belgrade, Exit Festival in Novi Sad, GEM Festival in Georgia, Spirit of Burgas in Bulgaria, to name a few, were crucial for his professional evolution.
As of last year he is Sky Solutions member of the logistics team whose main aim is developing hiring companies in the field of planning, logistics and realization of complex projects and events.

Twenty years in the audio visual industry. The beginnings were in the light department, and the primary interest has been visual design.
For years he has been introduced to other departments : video, sound, stage. He showed the interest in raising the quality of production and presentation, so he has been introduced to a creative segment of production, where the possibilities are huge.

Backline & DJ equipment
Resident of Novi Sad, citizen of the world. Graphic designer and the drummer. He entered the world of music in 1987. Since 1992. he’s been a drummer of a legendary Novi Sad band ‘Obojeni program’. He has been performing with many Serbian bands: Trance Balkan Desorganisation, Goblini, Imperium of Jazz, GBB…Proud owner and creator of 10 music albums, he had played at almost 2000 concerts.
He’s been part of the Skymusic team since 2018.

Aleksandra Vojinović
Financial & Bookkeeping Assistant
She finished The First Economics School, and thenThe Business School in Belgrade. From the very beginning of her career she was engaged in music business, first in finance and wholesale of musical discography, and then in music production and organization. She has been employed in Skymusic Corporation since 2007 and is currently the longest-serving employee in the Company. Persistent, determinedand loyal, she is often referred to as an“unbreakable guardian of the Company’s capital”.
She is a proud mother of two children, a daughter and a son.

Mladen Vujović
Sales specialist
Born in Belgrade. Spent his childhood in Vračar, where he attended Sava Kovačević elementary school, graduated from VI Belgrade Gymnasium and then studied at the Faculty of Civil Engineering (he never graduated, having reached the 4th year, due to certain life circumstances).
He has been with Sky Corporation for 9 years, currently working as a wholesale specialist. He plays rhythm guitar in several prominent underground and r’n’r bands, with which he has performed hundreds of times in Serbia and in the region, as well as in Europe and released about a dozen official CD/LP records.
Married, has a daughter, Ljubica.

She was born in Belgrade andgrew up in Arandjelovac.

She has been actively involved in marketing business for the last 7 years. She worked in “PROFILE” advertising agency as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. She has taken an active part in implementation of projects, events and concerts.

Kristina Stamenković
Marketing manager
Born in Lazarevac, on 14 June 1988. From her childhood, she had an opportunity to watch the processes behind the camera and keep up with all film, television and theatre related events in Belgrade. She decided that production was her calling, so she enrolled in the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, where she later also got her Master’s degree.
She honed her professional experience by working on organisation of theatre festivals, shows, TV shows and, subsequently, films and commercials. In Sky Corporation, she is employed in the marketing sector. Her love for music has never left her, as she plays piano and passes her skill down to her daughter Mina.

Bokian by origin and mentality, she graduated from the Faculty of Economy in Belgrade. She has many years of experience in foreign trade.
For ten years, she was the owner of an administrative services agency. She thinks the Sky Corporation is an excellent team.
In her free time, she tends to her garden and she just loves the sauna.

Miloš Subotić
Marketing Manager & Graphic Designer / Skymusic Center
Born in 1986, he spent his childhood in the meadows of the New Belgrade. He was fortunate enough to grow up with two older brothers and with them he started to appreciate good music.
Passion for photography and graphic design. So it was no surprise when he followed their footsteps and decided to make a contribution in this field.

Born and grew up in Zemun and Novi Beograd. He appreciated art from his childhood, especialy music and photography, so he chose education in that field.
He has also performed as a guitarist player in the few music groups, where he gained experience and knowledge about instruments and music equipment, and sense for working on stage and in music studio.
In the last few years he has been working in music instruments stores.

Born in 1987. in Belgrade. During his early childhood, he got in touch with a classical piano music which was his gateway to the music itself. Since then he continuously works on developing and refining his playing skills, as a solo pianist but also through the cooperation with other musicians.
After graduating “Audio and visual technologies” at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies, he is enveloping his newborn interest for cinema, visual and auditory arts by working as a freelance sound engineer, video and music producer.
He became a part of Skymusic team in 2018, as a salesman at the department of keyboards, studio and DJ equipment.
During the summer, with the sails high up, he is in pursuit of the right kind of wind, while in the winter he seeks a proper powder snow.
