Great ceremony for our golden basketball girls in front of National Assambly
Players of Serbia that have made a historic success winning the European Championships in Budapest last night in Belgrade celebrate the title in front of 20,000 fans.
Delighted Belgraders chanted “Champions, Champions” when the golden girls like real basketball queen, wearing a crown and wrapped Serbian flags, came to the balcony of the National Assembly, carrying the cup. After they thanked everyone for its support, they immediately started to sing and play, and considering that it is such a spirit and led to the title, had every right to the same. Fans sung the song “Dobar dan” with identifiable verses ” Sa nama i normalan poludi”.
An eruption caused the appearance of selector Marina Maljkovic, who is incredible charisma and cold-bloodedness led Serbian basketball boat to the historic gold.
In addition to the title of European champions, Serbian team has provided and will qualify for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro next year.
